Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict alcohol regulations, Buffalo Trace Distillery can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise and apparel within 30 days of purchase. All food and beverage items are final sale to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for our customers.

Ensure your item is a non-perishable gift or apparel item in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Contact Support
Email our distillery gift shop team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RMA form; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
